The day before the flight, interested parties should call Rudi Höfer's organization team to clarify the weather situation and the organization of the flight.
On the dayof the flight, you will meetat the launch site at 10:30 a.m., where the passengers will be assigned to the pilots. The basket with burner and instruments is then set up and the balloon is made ready for take-off. After landing, the balloon is packed and stowed in the trailer of the chase vehicle.

The traditional balloon glow is at least as impressive for balloonists and spectators as the flights.
The atmosphere when the balloons are made ready for take-off in the dark winter night and the flames create a fascinating play of lights is indescribably intense.
