Substainability is important to us
As a nature park partner business, we act substainably and in an environmentally friendly manner
- Six electric vehicle charging points are available to our guests (advance booking at reception is required)
- We generate electricity via our solar panel system
- Hot water is heated by our solar system
- At the buffet, we offer open-jar, homemade jams for environmentally conscious guests
- During the coronavirus pandemic, we are not using disposable cutlery or gloves, as we are confident that our guests will support this initiative and will disinfect their hands every time they visit the buffet
- The renovation and extension work on the hotel was carried out sustainably by the regional companies Holzbau Saurer, Naturbau Gschwend and MB Holzbau
- Waste and rubbish are carefully sorted and disposed of appropriately
- We purchase regional products in the largest possible containers to minimise waste
- Environmentally friendly washing and cleaning products from our partner Hollu Systemhygiene
- Guests decide for themselves when to have their towels changed, thereby helping to protect the environment
