You will receive the Aktiv Card after check-in.
To ensure that check-in and the issuing of the Aktiv Card run as smoothly as possible, please fill out the registration form in full when you make your booking.
Please note that each room requires its own email address for the Aktivcard to be sent to, and that you can access your emails on your mobile phone while you are here!
