- Vilsalpsee in the Tannheim Valley – Vilsalpsee, one of the most beautiful mountain lakes in Tyrol, lies in the heart of the nature reserve of the same name. Swimming is permitted and free of charge, although the water temperature rarely exceeds 17 degrees.
- Fernstein Lakes – The Fernstein landscape is characterised by a series of lakes: the Blindsee, Fernsteinsee, Mittersee and Weißensee, the largest of which is the Blindsee.
