Updated cancellation conditions (only applies to direct bookings)
Comprehensive hassle-free Coronavirus cancellations
Due to the current measures, we have adjusted our cancellation conditions for you,Âso that you can continue to plan your holiday at the Talhof worry-free.
- Bookings in the low season (November to mid-December, end of March to end of April) can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.
- If you have to cancel your booking, we offer one free rebooking in the same season which cannot then be cancelled again for free.
- Please note that for direct bookings through hotel reception or the booking tool on talhof.com, the deposit you have already paid will be converted into a voucher which can be redeemed at any time for your alternative preferred date under the same booking conditions. If you wish, you will be refunded the deposit minus a handling fee of 10% of the booking price or a minimum of €50. If Covid measures are lifted and unrestricted travel is possible, you can find our regular cancellation conditions here:
Cancellation:
Please note our Covid-19 cancellation policy. Free cancellation up to 3 months before arrival. If you cancel between 3 months and 1 month before arrival, you will be charged for 3 days, if you cancel less than 1 month before arrival, you will be charged 80% of the booked stay and if you do not travel/fail to show, you will be charged 100%. Otherwise the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply. The deposit will be retained as a handling fee (but not the 50% for New Year's Eve bookings, which can be used for another period).
We recommend taking out travel insurance with our partner Europäische Reiseversicherung (www.europaeische.at or Allianz Travel is linked via the online booking tool).
Unused services will not be deducted from the final price.
The place of jurisdiction is Reutte, Tyrol.
Arrival and departure:
- Special reception hours – please note that reception is only staffed at regular check-in times. The best way to reach us during this time is by email. A mobile phone number is available at the reception desk where you can reach us. Information about your holiday is available in our online guest directory.
- Check in is between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., check out is between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
- Late arrivals without prior notice: Our reception is staffed until 8 p.m. Things can always happen – heavy traffic, traffic jams or you have to make a later start. In your own interest, please let us know so that we can make further arrangements: hotel@talhof.com or 0043567262280.
- In case of late arrivals without prior notice (after 8 p.m.!) we charge a surcharge of €30.00 per hour or part thereof for stand-by.
- In case of late arrival or early departure, the agreed room rate will be charged.
- Should you require a late check-out, please ask at reception for options. For departures up to 2 p.m. we charge approx. 50% of the room rate. After 2 p.m. the full room rate will be charged.

Dogs/pets:
Cost per night €19.00 for house-trained pets, excluding food and final cleaning. Because we have rooms that are suitable for allergy sufferers, pets can only be accepted with prior notice. For 2 pets we charge €15.00 per pet/night, for 3 pets €10.00 per pet/night. We kindly ask you to bring a dog blanket/basket or transport box, and ideally a waterproof mat to go under the food bowls. Pets are not allowed in the vitality and garden area and in the rooms for allergy sufferers (west double rooms/west wing). During meals, we ask you to leave your pet in your room or on the balcony. If this is not possible, please contact us. Pets must be registered at the time of booking otherwise room allocation/check-in cannot be guaranteed (applies to all room types).Payment/deposit:

Parking:
You can park directly at the hotel. There is one parking space per family and carports are also available for a fee. Trailers/caravans can be parked in the carport (for a fee) or in a nearby stopover subject to availability.Data protection / GDPR:
- Without your data (name, address, possibly credit card details), we cannot make/confirm a booking.
- Due to the Austrian Registration Act (name, address, date of birth, title/gender, ID number...), it would then also not be possible to check in. According to the Austrian Registration Act, this data must be disclosed to the registration authority.
- Without your data (the same as for the registration) we cannot print an Aktiv Card.
- After your departure you will receive an online questionnaire from us for guest feedback, and if you agree to receive a newsletter when you check in, you will receive birthday emails and a newsletter intermittently. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the mailing. Want to view or delete your data? To do so, simply email us at hotel@talhof.com.
Stammgast Club (guest club)
This website uses KunLeiSys guest club software (Regular Guest area). The provider is GASTROpoint GmbH, PommernstraĂźe 17, 83395 Freilassing, Germany. KunLeiSys guest club software is a service that organises and manages the guest club, offers, loyalty points, emails about events and the newsletter mailing.You can register for the guest club on our website. We use the data entered here only for the purpose of the respective offer or service. The mandatory information requested during registration must be provided in full. Otherwise we will refuse registration. The processing of the data entered during registration is based on your consent (point (a) of Article 6(1) GDPR). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time, free of charge. You can do this by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by unsubscribing in the guest club.
The data you have provided for the purpose of the guest club will be stored by us until you unsubscribe and will be deleted from our servers as well as from the servers of GASTROpoint GmbH after you have unsubscribed and deleted your guest club account.
For important changes, for example to club benefits or in the case of technically necessary changes, we will use the email address provided during registration or in your profile to inform you. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected. We have concluded a data processing contract with GASTROpoint GmbH and fully implement the strict specifications of the German data protection authorities when using KunLeiSys guest club software.
